Delete SSL certificate

OperationId:DeleteSSLCertificateCertmanager

Removes a certificate. Its status changes to pending delete, then the certificate manager removes it from the servers and from the list.

Requires Super User or Reseller scope. A Reseller can delete only certificates its territory owns.

A 202 means the request is accepted and applied shortly after.
