Site Manager can delete its own contacts and those of users at its own site. Office Manager can delete the contacts of any user in its domain, Reseller those of users in domains of its territory, and Super User any user's. A request for any other address book returns 403.The ID must name a contact in the user's personal address book or one of the domain's shared contacts; any other ID returns 404. Deleting a shared contact this way needs the same rights as DELETE /domains/{domain}/contacts/{contact_id}: domain tier or above, or 403. 202 means the delete was accepted and is applied shortly after. When the user has video meetings, the contact is also removed from their video contact list.
