Returns call center statistics for one agent over a time window, across all call queues. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for any agent in the domain. A Basic User or Call Center Agent can read only their own extension.fields picks the statistics; it defaults to NAME,CH,ATT,AH,AHT,TT. Codes are case-sensitive here: send them in capitals. Add the outbound and inbound codes (OATT, OANS, OM, IA, IANS, IM) for the agent's calls outside the queues. Units follow each field's name except these: calls-queueing-avg-duration-seconds and calls-after-call-work-avg-duration-seconds are in minutes, and the outbound-*-minutes and inbound-*-minutes durations are in seconds. unit changes the units.Without interval the response is one object. With interval, the response is a map from bucket to a map from agent extension to statistics. Bucket keys are RFC 3339 for minute, hour, and day, YYYY-Www for week, and YYYY-MM for month. Agent buckets are grouped in UTC, so leave the bracketed time zone off datetime-start here. A user who is not in the domain answers 404.
