Deletes one of a user's emergency (E911) addresses, addressed by its emergency-address-id.Basic User scope can call it for its own user, with ~ or its own extension. Office Manager and Site Manager scopes can call it for any user in their domain, Reseller scope for the domains in its territory, and Super User scope for any domain. The address must belong to the user in the path. Any other ID returns 404. Deleting an address also removes it from the carrier for bandwidth and brightlink, and clears emergency-address-id on every user, device, site, and domain that used it. Those then fall back to the site address, then the domain address.A 202 means the delete is accepted and applied shortly after.
