OperationId:UpdateIotumVideoHostForUser

Changes a user's video host. Only the fields you send change.

Requires a token for this user. Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can change the video host of any user in a domain they manage. Only Office Manager scope or higher can set plan_slug or role.

The domain must have a video account that is not suspended. Otherwise the request returns 400 with Not Able to make request. If the user has no video host yet, the request creates one as POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/host would, and returns 202. Otherwise it returns 200 with the video service's answer. Add-ons cannot be set: any add-ons on the host are removed. When the video service rejects a value you sent, the request returns 400 with the service's message. When the video service fails or does not answer, it returns 502 or 504. PUT /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video does the same.
