OperationId:ReadDialpolicyInDomain

Reads one dial policy a domain can use: the domain's own policy with this name, or the shared one under * or admin-only. Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain in the path. Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor and Route Manager scopes read their own domain only. A Reseller reads domains in its territory. Super User and Super User Read Only read any domain.

A name that matches nothing answers 404.
