OperationId:ReadPermissionDomain

Reads one rule of a dial policy as a domain sees it, by its permission-id. The rule may be filed under the domain or under the shared policy with this name. Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. Office Manager and Site Manager scopes read their own domain only; a Reseller reads domains in its territory.

A rule that does not exist answers 404.
