Create meeting with ID

Creates a meeting with the meeting ID in the path, usually one reserved with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/getId.

Requires a token for the user in the path, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. The ID must be free: an ID in use, or reserved with getId for a different user, returns 409.

The meeting is owned by the user in the path. Creating it also sets up its audio bridge and invites everyone in attendees by email. Omitted settings take their defaults: the start is now, the length is 60 minutes, and the participant limit comes from the domain's configuration. The response is the new meeting. When the create has not been applied yet, it holds the fields that were accepted.
