OperationId:SetCallRecordingForUser

Starts, stops, pauses, or resumes recording on one of the user's calls in progress. POST on the same path does the same. Take the call ID from List user active calls. Requires Basic User scope for your own user, Office Manager for a user in your own domain, Site Manager for a user in your own site, or Reseller or Super User scope.
