OperationId:CountSitesDomain

Returns the number of sites in the domain as total.

Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, or Basic User in the domain, Reseller for a domain in your territory, or Super User or Super User Read Only. A Site Manager and a Basic User see every site in the domain, not only their own. Other scopes, and a Reseller outside its territory, get 403.

Every site counts, whatever limit a list would apply. Send site to check one name: total is 1 when a site has that name and 0 when not. A 0 says only that no site has the name. A create can still return 409 when a user or other extension already has it.
