OperationId:ReadMeetingRecordingToken

Returns the token a client uses to play back the recording of one instance of the meeting in the path.

Requires a token for the user in the path; a Meeting Guest uses its guest_ user. Super User can call it for any user. Only the meeting's owner, hosts, and attendees, and Office Manager or higher for its domain, get a token; a meeting open to anyone with its ID is not enough. A Meeting Guest gets one only for the meeting its token was issued for.

The token comes from the video service, and every field except access_token is passed through as it sends them. When the video service cannot issue it the answer is 502, or 504 when it does not answer in time.
