List call parks across domains

OperationId:ListParks

Lists call parks in every domain you administer, ordered by domain and extension. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only scope. A Reseller always gets its own territory. A Super User gets the whole platform, or one territory with territory. Other scopes get 403: use GET /domains/{domain}/parks.

Results are paged with limit and start, 1,000 parks per page by default. Get the total with GET /parks/count. Site, department, and the live call count are per-domain lookups, so this list returns them empty and 0. Read one domain's parks for those, and to filter by site or department.
