Count configurations

Counts configuration rows that match the filters. Configurations are the named settings the portal and the API look up at run time, such as PORTAL_SHOW_SHARED_CONTACTS. Each row sets one value for one combination of key parts: reseller, domain, user, user-scope, admin-ui-account-type, and core-server. A key part of * matches everything, so the row with every key part * is the system value.

The count is confined like GET /configurations: Super User and Super User Read Only count every row, Reseller its territory's rows, its domains' rows, and system rows, Office Manager its own domain's rows and system rows, and other scopes the rows for their own domain, user, and scope.

Unlike the list, a key part you leave out matches every value, and rows are not collapsed to one per name. With no filters this counts every row you can read, at every tier. config-name takes one name, a pattern with *, or a comma-separated list, and defaults to *. A reseller or domain that does not exist returns 403.
