OperationId:ReadCdrStats

Returns call counts and talk time as a time series for your territory or the whole platform. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only scope. A Reseller always gets its own territory, and domain and reseller are ignored. A Super User gets the whole platform, or one domain with domain, or one territory with reseller. The response says which: scope reads system, or the response carries reseller or domain. Other scopes get 403.

The window, bucket, and count_only rules are those of GET /domains/{domain}/cdrs/stats. Whole-platform results are cached for up to 60 seconds. Rows hidden with hide-from-results are counted unless you narrow to one domain. Months moved to archive storage are skipped by default, so a window that reaches into them undercounts.
