OperationId:CountNmsConfigs

Counts the entries on the server that takes the request.

Requires Super User or Super User Read Only.

The count does not fan out: adding every server's count would count each replicated key once per server. For each server's count, and how many of its keys disagree with the others, call GET /nmsconfig/servers.
