OperationId:CreateDashboard

Creates a dashboard in the domain in the path, owned by the user in the path unless you name another owner.

Requires a token that can create dashboards for the user in the path: the user itself, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. Naming another owner in owner_id needs the right to change that user's dashboards, and an owner_type other than 1 needs Office Manager scope or higher. Otherwise the request returns 403.

Leave out id to have one assigned. The response does not return it, so send your own id when you need to know it; an ID already in use returns 409. Find the dashboard with GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/dashboards/list, then add charts with POST /domains/{domain}/charts/{dashboard_id}.
