OperationId:CountVoicemailUserFolder

Counts the voicemail messages in one folder of a user's mailbox and reports their total size.

Every user can read its own mailbox, and Call Center Supervisor only its own. Site Manager can read the mailboxes of users at its own site, Office Manager and Route Manager any mailbox in its domain, Reseller and Route Manager Reseller any in their territory, and Super User any. Office Manager Read-Only and Super User Read Only read as their parent scope does. Any other mailbox returns 403.

size is the total size in bytes of the messages' audio. A count is not recorded in the access log, since it returns no message content. Only GET is allowed; another method returns 405.
