OperationId:GetDnisStatistics

Returns call center statistics for each dialed number (DNIS) that reached a call queue in the domain, over a time window. Use it to compare the numbers callers dial. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Reseller reads the domains in its territory.

The response is a map from dialed number to that number's statistics. queue_list limits the queues counted.

Calls count when they entered the queue inside the window, from datetime-start up to but not including datetime-end. There is no limit on the window length, but long windows are slow. fields picks the statistics; it defaults to VOL,CH,ATT,AH. Every duration on this endpoint is in seconds, including the fields whose names end in -minutes. unit=minutes turns AH and AWT into minutes.

With interval, the response is a map from bucket to rows. Bucket keys are RFC 3339 for minute, hour, and day (2026-09-01T14:00:00+00:00), YYYY-Www for week (2026-W36), and YYYY-MM for month (2026-09). Buckets are in UTC unless datetime-start names a bracketed time zone.
