OperationId:DeleteDomainQuota

Removes a domain's own recording quota, so the domain uses the platform default again; setting every limit to 0 instead makes it unlimited. Requires Reseller or Super User scope; a Reseller deletes only domains in its own territory, and only a Super User the platform default (default).
