List user SMS numbers

OperationId:GetSmsNumbersForUser

Lists the SMS numbers whose destination is the user in the path. GET /domains/~/users/~/smsnumbers lists your own.

Requires a token for that user, or Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller, or Super User scope for the domain. Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent may name only themselves. A Site Manager sees the user's numbers only when the user is in its own site, and an empty result otherwise.

A user with no numbers returns an empty array. Filter with number or number_LIKE, and page with start and limit. To count the same numbers, use GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/smsnumbers/count.
