OperationId:UpdateDialpolicy

Changes a shared dial policy's description and publishes the change over the service bus (SBUS). This path addresses the policy filed under *, or under admin-only when there is no * policy with this name. A shared policy, one filed under * or admin-only, changes dialing for every domain, so any write to it requires Super User scope.

Send only description. A domain in the body is ignored. A 202 means the change was published, not yet applied. Rename is not supported: create a new policy instead.

A name with no shared policy answers 404. To change a domain's own policy, use PUT /domains/{domain}/dialpolicy/{policy}.
