OperationId:CreateMeeting

Schedules a meeting, or creates a permanent room, with a generated meeting ID.

Requires a token for the user in the path, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. A Basic User creates meetings only for itself.

The meeting is owned by the user in the path. Creating it also sets up its audio bridge and invites everyone in attendees by email. Omitted settings take their defaults: the start is now, the length is 60 minutes, and the participant limit comes from the domain's configuration. The response is the new meeting as a one-item array. When the create has not been applied yet, the item holds the fields that were accepted.

To choose the ID yourself, reserve one with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/getId, then create the meeting with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/{meeting}.
