OperationId:PlayVoicemail

Streams one voicemail message, or the PDF or image of a fax in a voicemail folder, so a browser or an <audio> element can play it.

Call it one of two ways:

With a session. Send a bearer token, or let the browser send the portal session cookie. The access is the same as for reading the file:
Every user can read its own mailbox, and Call Center Supervisor only its own. Site Manager can read the mailboxes of users at its own site, Office Manager and Route Manager any mailbox in its domain, Reseller and Route Manager Reseller any in their territory, and Super User any. Office Manager Read-Only and Super User Read Only read as their parent scope does. Any other mailbox returns 403.

With a signed link. Every read of the file returns file-access-url, which is this path with expires and signature added. Anyone holding the link can play that one file, with no token, until it expires (24 hours by default). Treat it like the recording itself.

Without download, the file is sent inline and range requests (Range: bytes=..., answered 206) are honoured, so a player can seek. A play of a voicemail or fax is recorded in the compliance access log.
