Count domain CDR schedules

OperationId:CountCDRSchedulesDomain

Returns how many CDR export schedules are filed under one domain, counted the same way GET /domains/{domain}/schedule selects them. The same scopes can call it: Office Manager, Reseller, Super User, and Super User Read Only count the whole domain, and every other scope counts only its own schedules.

Narrow the count with schedule-name or user.
