Returns call center statistics for each agent in the domain over a time window, across all call queues. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Reseller reads the domains in its territory. The response is a map from agent extension to that agent's statistics. Agents who belong to no call queue are left out when all their figures are 0. Filter the agents with department, site_list, group_list, or agent_list, and the queues counted with queue_list.Calls count when they entered the queue and reached the agent inside the window. fields picks the statistics; it defaults to NAME,CH,ATT,AH,AHT,TT. Codes are case-sensitive here: send them in capitals. Units follow each field's name except these: calls-queueing-avg-duration-seconds and calls-after-call-work-avg-duration-seconds are in minutes, and the outbound-*-minutes and inbound-*-minutes durations are in seconds. unit changes the units. With interval, the response is a map from bucket to a map from agent extension to statistics. Bucket keys are RFC 3339 for minute, hour, and day, YYYY-Www for week, and YYYY-MM for month. Agent buckets are grouped in UTC, so leave the bracketed time zone off datetime-start here.Basic User and Call Center Agent read their own figures with GET /domains/{domain}/statistics/agent/{agent}.
