OperationId:DeletePhonenumber

Removes a phone number from the domain's DID table, so calls to it no longer route. Requires Reseller or Super User scope.

The number is removed, not returned to inventory: to use it again, add it with POST /domains/{domain}/phonenumbers. To keep it in this domain without routing it, change it to dial-rule-application available-number with PUT instead. The number's SMS assignment, if any, is not removed, and the number then lists as sms-only. Remove it first with PUT and sms-enabled false. A number that exists only as an SMS assignment has no dial rule and answers 404.

A 202 means the delete is accepted and applied shortly after.
