OperationId:GetVoicemailRemindersSpecificUser
Returns a user's voicemail reminder settings: whether the platform repeats a reminder about unheard voicemail by phone call, SMS, and email, where each reminder goes, and how often it repeats.
Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. A Basic User can reach only its own reminders. A Site Manager can reach users in its own site.
A user has one set of reminder settings or none. A user with none returns 404; create them with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/vmailnag. To check without a 404, use GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/vmailnag/count. Destination lists are returned as arrays. voicemail-reminder-control-server is returned only to Super User tokens.
