OperationId:PerformCallActionForUser

Runs a call control action, named in the path, on one of the user's calls in progress. PATCH on the same path does the same.

Requires Basic User scope for your own user, Office Manager scope for a user in your own domain, Site Manager scope for a user in your own site, or Reseller or Super User scope.

The actions:

answer: answer a ringing call on the device in call-term-user

hold and unhold: hold or resume the other party

transfer (or xfer): blind transfer to call-term-user, or attended with hostname and call-destination-session-id

transferPeer: transfer the other party to call-term-user, or park it with valid

recording: set call recording to state

reject and disconnect: turn away a ringing call, or end the call

Each action also has its own page with its fields. Any other action returns 400. GET on this path returns 405, and DELETE is accepted only for reject and disconnect.

The user in the path must be a party on the call, on any leg; otherwise the request returns 404. The call is looked up for about a second before 404 is returned, so a control sent right after the call starts still finds it. A call that has not reached the platform by then also returns 404.
