OperationId:TransferPeerCallForUser

Transfers the other party on the user's call, the peer, to a new destination or to a free call park.

Requires Basic User scope for your own user, Office Manager scope for a user in your own domain, Site Manager scope for a user in your own site, or Reseller or Super User scope.

Send destination for a blind transfer. Send valid instead to park the peer: the first call park in the list that is a call park of the domain and holds no call is used, and the response is 200 with the call park the peer was sent to.

The user in the path must be a party on the call, on any leg; otherwise the request returns 404. The call is looked up for about a second before 404 is returned, so a control sent right after the call starts still finds it. A call that has not reached the platform by then also returns 404.
