OperationId:UpdateVoicemailRemindersForUser

Changes a user's voicemail reminder settings. Send only the fields to change; the others keep their values. A destination list you send replaces the stored list, and [] clears it.

Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. A Basic User can reach only its own reminders. A Site Manager can reach users in its own site.

To stop one channel, set its -enabled field to no. To stop all reminders, delete the settings. A user with no reminder settings returns 404; create them with POST. A 202 means the change is accepted and applied shortly after.
