List video hosts in domain

OperationId:ReadAllIotumVideoHostsDomain

Returns every host of the domain's video account, as the video service returns them. A host is a user's video identity.

Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain.

To read one user's host, use GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video.
