OperationId:EmptyVoicemailFolder

Deletes every voicemail message in a folder, with the same result as deleting each one: from new or saved they move to trash, and from trash they are removed for good. Faxes in the mailbox, and messages that arrive while the folder is being emptied, stay. To delete one message, use Delete voicemail message.

Accepted. The folder is emptied on the server that handled the request before it answers, and on the other servers shortly after. An empty folder also answers 202, so calling again is safe. Message-waiting lights update on each server's next mailbox scan, and the call is recorded once in the audit log with the folder, whether it was permanent, and the number of messages.
