OperationId:ListDomainResponders

Lists the applications a dial rule can start, for the dial rule editor, with the dial-rule-application value to put in a dial rule and its display name. The list is the platform's catalog, your custom applications included, and is the same for every domain. Office Manager can read it for its own domain, Reseller for any domain in its territory, and Super User and Super User Read Only for any domain.
