OperationId:CountMOHUser

Counts the MoH files of the user and reports the space the MoH folder uses.

Any user can read their own MoH. Site Manager and Office Manager can read any user's MoH in their domain, a Reseller any user in its territory, and Super User any user.

size is the total size in bytes of the counted MoH audio files. A user that does not exist answers count 0. Only GET is allowed; another method returns 405.
