OperationId:BulkCreateCallcenterCodes

Up to 200 codes of one type, added after the last one in the order sent (a sort-order in an entry is ignored). Each entry takes the same fields and defaults as a single create. All or nothing: an invalid entry answers 400 naming it (codes[2].name), and a name already used (inactive codes included) or repeated in the list refuses the whole request with 409, naming each one. POST only. Requires the Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller or Super User scope.
