List rejected SIP requests

Returns the SIP requests that core servers rejected, newest first, one row per source address, method, and address of record. The reject log is platform-wide. It is not filtered by domain or territory, and it holds source addresses and addresses of record from every domain. Requires Super User or Super User Read Only scope.

Each core server keeps its own reject log. Without reject-hostname, you get the rows of the core server that answers the request. The other core servers are asked too, but their rows are not included in the response today. To read every server, call GET /rejectlog/{hostname} for each core server. reject-hostname must name a core server of the platform; any other name returns 404 and no server is asked.

Filter with reject-received-from, reject-method, reject-address-of-record, reject-user-agent, reject-result, and reject-cause. Each is an exact match on the whole value.

GET /rejectlog/count returns {"total": N} for the same filters, counted on the answering core server only.
