List reseller recording quotas

OperationId:GetQuotaDomainsReseller
Lists the recording quotas of every domain in a territory that has a quota of its own. Domains not listed use the platform default, which is not part of any territory. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only scope. A Reseller can list only its own territory.
count-limit is a number of recordings, size-limit is in kilobytes, time-limit is in seconds, and age-limit is in days. 0 means unlimited. The list is not paged. Send domain to read one domain, or use GET /resellers/{reseller}/quotas/count for the total.
This path reads one Recording server, so quota-in-sync is always unknown. A Super User can compare every Recording server with GET /quotas.
