OperationId:DeleteBlockedNumbersUser

Removes numbers from one user's blocked-number list.

Requires Basic User scope or higher. A Basic User can change only their own list, and a Site Manager only the lists of users in their own site.

Send the numbers to remove in phone-numbers-to-reject.parameters. Only those numbers are removed, and the rest of the list stays. A single number in place of the list is taken as a one-item list. A number that is not on the list is ignored.

The list always belongs to the default answering rule. A time-frame in the request is ignored. A 202 means the change is accepted and applied shortly after.
