Count meetings in domain

OperationId:CountDomainsMeetings

Counts every meeting record in the domain in the path, for all users and in every state, including ended and cancelled meetings.

Requires Basic User scope or higher for a user in the domain. The user in the path is used only to check access; it does not narrow the count.
