OperationId:CreateAdHocConferenceForUser

Creates a video conference hosted by the user, starting now or at start, and invites the participants you list. The conference is titled Conference, lasts 30 minutes, and uses the user's time zone.

Requires a token for this user. Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can change the video host of any user in a domain they manage.

The domain must have a video account that is not suspended. Otherwise the request returns 400 with Not Able to make request. The user must have a video host. A participant is an email address or an extension in the same domain. An extension with no video host stops the whole request with 404. When the video service rejects a value you sent, the request returns 400 with the service's message. When the video service fails or does not answer, it returns 502 or 504. PUT and DELETE on this path return 405.
