OperationId:ReadVoiceUsageByDomain

Returns voice service usage broken down per domain, one row per domain, for a time window. Requires Reseller or Super User scope. from and to are required Unix timestamps. Use limit to cap the number of domains returned, and narrow the result with the optional service_type, vendor, and reseller filters. This report takes no domain filter, because its purpose is the per-domain breakdown. Omitting from or to returns 400.
