OperationId:DeleteNotice

Deletes a notice by numeric id. Requires Super User or Reseller scope, and the caller must be allowed to manage the notice's target. The delete is published on the event bus, so the response is 202 Accepted: the row is removed when the event is applied on each server, not synchronously. To stop showing a notice while keeping the record, set active=0 or shorten ends_at instead.
