OperationId:CountCdrs

Counts the call detail records (CDRs) that match across domains, and totals their talk time. Requires Super User, Super User Read Only, or Reseller scope. A Reseller sees only its own territory's domains. A Super User sees every domain unless you narrow the request with domain or reseller.

Send datetime-start and datetime-end: unlike the list, a count has no default window, and without them it returns 400. The filters are the list's, and rows hidden with hide-from-results are left out unless you send showhidden. minutes rounds up month by month, so it can exceed seconds / 60 by up to 1 per month. Refused scope returns 403.
