OperationId:DeleteDomain

Deletes a domain and everything in it: users and their devices, dial plans and dial rules, call queues, conferences, connections, recording settings, time frames, emergency addresses and numbers, and settings. Requires Reseller scope for the domain's territory, or Super User scope. A delete cannot be undone.

Phone numbers, SMS numbers, and device (MAC) records assigned to the domain are deleted too, unless you send phone_numbers_option, sms_numbers_option, or mac_option set to unassign. An unassigned phone number goes back to the pool of available numbers, an unassigned SMS number becomes available, and an unassigned MAC is cleared and kept.

The request can take a while on a large domain. A 202 means the delete is accepted and applied shortly after.
