OperationId:ReadSpeechWordDomain

Gets the speech word a domain plays: the domain's override when it has one, otherwise the system speech word.

Requires Office Manager, Office Manager Read-Only, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for the domain.

inherited is true when the answer is the system speech word. A speech word with no row in the requested language returns its en_us row. The recording state (recorded, file-size, recorded-datetime) describes the returned row's own file, so an override with no recorded audio yet shows recorded false while the system audio still plays. Each speech word carries media-path, a signed link that plays its audio with no access token. The link expires after one day by default.
