Reserves an unused meeting ID for the user in the path, for a client that needs the ID before it creates the meeting, such as to put the join link in a calendar entry.

Requires a token for the user in the path, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain.

The ID is held for that user for a limited time; create the meeting with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/{meeting} and the same user in the path. The response also suggests a registration ID and lists the domain's dial-in numbers. Send no body. GET on this path is not this operation: it returns the user's meetings.
