OperationId:CreateIotumVideoCompanyForDomain

Creates an account for the domain at the video service and links the domain to it. Returns the video service's answer.

Requires Reseller scope for a domain in your territory, or Super User scope.

A domain has one video account. If it already has one, the request returns 409. The domain's video hostname is set from subdomain and the territory's video hostname suffix, and is applied to the domain shortly after the response.

Next, subscribe the account to a plan with Create video subscription or Update domain video plans.
