Deletes a voicemail message. From new or saved, the message moves to trash. From trash, it is removed for good.

Every user can change its own mailbox, and Call Center Supervisor only its own. Site Manager can change the mailboxes of users at its own site, Office Manager and Route Manager any mailbox in its domain, Reseller and Route Manager Reseller any in their territory, and Super User any. The read-only scopes never change voicemail and get 403.

The change is made on the server that handles the request, before the response, and copied to the other servers over the service bus (SBUS) file journal. The call answers 202 by default. .wav may be left off filename. A name that is not in the folder returns 404. Restore a message from trash with PATCH on /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/voicemails/trash/{filename}/save.
