OperationId:CountGreetingsUser

Counts a user's voicemail greetings and reports their total size.

Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent can read their own greetings. Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, and Super User can read any user's greetings in the domain, as can Office Manager Read-Only and Super User Read Only.

size is the total size in bytes of the counted greeting files. The recorded name (name.wav) is not counted. Only GET is allowed; another method returns 405.
