OperationId:SendCallCenterReportEmail

Sends the report's email now, to to or to your own email address, using its stored email-* settings (range, filters, CSV attachment), whether or not the schedule is on. For checking an email before turning the schedule on: it does not change email-last-sent-datetime, email-last-status or email-next-send-datetime. Needs the right to change the report. At most once a minute per report.
